It is an honour to lead the Assam Police, As I take charge of the office of the Director General of Police, Assam today, I salute my predecessors and officers and men of all ranks for their sacrifice and efforts to build up the force.. My immediate objectives are to try to identify ways to increase your capabilities and improve welfare. I call upon to all of you to give your best in the service of the people of Assam in carrying out policies of the Govt.
